Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia. International orders are shipped via tracked courier. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free from perfume, deodorant, or other scents

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: gift cards, intimates, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Return

1. Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address.
2. Select the items you'd like to return and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
3. You'll receive a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours.
4. Drop your package off at any courier location — no box required if you're reusing the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been issued. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Select "Exchange" in the returns portal. Replacement items ship free of charge as soon as your return is confirmed in transit — you won't have to wait for us to receive it first.
